What does linking Discord do?
Settings › Connections › Discord community
Join our Discord server first, then link your account under Settings › Connections › Discord community. Joining gives you the Member role, plus your plan’s role on a paid plan; joining and linking each earn Polaris Diamonds once. Alerts can then reach you there. Leave the server or lose the Member role and you are unlinked, with a note; unlinking takes the roles back.
Step by step
- LinkLink Discord opens Discord to approve; you come straight back to Connections, linked. Use the same Discord account you joined with.
- AlertsSettings › Notifications › Discord switches Discord alerts on or off; the table below it picks which ones reach you there. While it is off, those picks are kept and show paused.
- DiamondsOnce per BuildTrade™ account and once per Discord account: linking again, or from a second account, earns nothing new.
- UnlinkIn Connections; it asks once. Every BuildTrade™ role comes off first. If Discord does not answer, you stay linked; try again in a few minutes.
- LeavingLeave the server or lose the Member role and the link ends within the hour, with a note in the bell. Link again any time.
