How do I draw on the chart?

The tool rail beside the chart groups the drawing tools by kind: lines, shapes, measurements, text and more. Pick a tool and click on the chart to place it. Drawings are anchored to price and time, so they stay put when you zoom or change the timeframe. Select a drawing to style it, favourite the tool, or delete it. The eraser clears everything.

Step by step

1. Pick a toolEach rail button opens a flyout of named tools. Starred tools stay at the top.
2. Place itClick the anchor points on the chart. Stay in draw keeps the tool selected for the next one.
3. Style itSelecting a drawing opens a small toolbar: colour, width, text, lock, hide, delete, and the full settings dialog.
4. Magnet and lockMagnet snaps anchors to candle values. Lock stops accidental moves. Hide all clears the view without deleting.
