What is the deployer disclaimer on some markets?

Some markets on Hyperliquid are deployed by independent third parties rather than by the exchange itself. The first time you switch to a market from such a deployer, the app shows the HIP-3 deployer disclaimer. It explains that nobody has reviewed the market and that liquidity, volatility and liquidation risk can be higher. Confirm once per deployer on this device.

Step by step

1. Read the disclaimerIt names the deployer and links the Risk Disclosure and Terms of Use.
2. Tick the box, then ConfirmConfirm stays disabled until the box is ticked. Cancel returns to the previous market.
3. Once per deployerThe confirmation is remembered on this device. A new deployer asks again.
