What are the pre-trade checklist and the tilt check?

Trade › the order ticket · Settings › Security › Pre-trade checklist

The pre-trade checklist is optional and off by default. Switch it on in Settings › Security and the ticket asks five yes or no questions before each trade; every answer must be yes, or you press Trade anyway and the override goes to your journal. The tilt check is separate: after two paper losses in a row the ticket offers a pause.

Step by step

1. Switch it onSettings › Security › Pre-trade checklist.
2. Answer five questionsThey appear in the ticket above the send button. All yes sends the order.
3. Trade anywaySends the order with a no and logs the override to the journal, so the review sees it.
4. Tilt checkShown after two losses in a row in the same session. Pause 10 min locks the ticket for ten minutes; I’m clear — continue lets you carry on.
