How does the journal work?

The journal is a month calendar with each traded day’s result. Open a day, answer whether you followed your trading plan and tag how the session felt. The scorecard sorts every graded day into earned wins, lucky wins, good losses and deserved losses, the tiltmeter shows where the month sits between calm and tilt, and the streak counts days journaled in a row.

Step by step

1. Open a traded dayThe entry lists the trades and asks I followed my trading plan.
2. Grade the processYes or no, plus a feeling. A win that broke the rules is the dangerous quadrant.
3. Scorecard and tiltmeterIn the sidebar, built from your answers. They stay blank until you grade a day.
4. StreakThe flame in the top bar. Journal today to keep it alive; it earns Polaris Gems at milestones.
