How do I create an account and sign in?

The sign-in page, before the app

Open the app, choose Create account, and enter a name, an email and a password. You are signed in at once and the app starts on paper money, so nothing real can happen until you connect an exchange and switch to live. Sign in later with the same email and password, a passkey, or a one-time code if two-step sign-in is on.

Step by step

1. Open the appThe sign-in page offers Sign in and Create account.
2. Fill in Name, Email and PasswordA longer password is better; the field says what is recommended.
3. You land on the welcome tourWelcome, Connect, Mode and Tour. Each step can be skipped and restarted later from the command palette with Restart onboarding.

Good to know

• The free plan needs no card and never asks for one.
• If you forget the password, the sign-in page has a reset link that sends an email.
